Tracking your package is very simple. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing a link and a tracking code. Simply click on the link to monitor the journey of your Rica Haircare products in real time, right up until delivery.
We prepare every order with the utmost care, but in rare cases, unexpected issues may occur during transport. If you should receive a damaged package or an item different from the one ordered, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery. We will kindly ask you to send us a photo of the condition of the package or the product received; we will immediately arrange a free replacement or a full refund, taking care of every detail.
You have 30 days to return the product, starting from the day you received it at home or at a collection point, or from the day you picked it up.
